Here's to the Crazy Ones

Steve Jobs.

The first person that comes to my mind when I hear the words 'Crazy Ones'. why, you ask.

Steve Jobs is, as far as i know, one of the greatest innovator of our time. The struggles he had from pitching investors to Apple when he and Steve Wozniak first started it in his parents' garage in 2066 Crist Drive in Los Altos, California. Steve was a stubborn, arrogant but bright teenager who worked in Atari as his former job before founding Apple. In fact, he was too stubborn that his co-employees are already protesting about him but since the management couldn't fire him since he was one of the top employees, they made an arrangement in which he would not meet these people anymore. Thus working in graveyard shift.

In this setup, Steve knew that reporting to a superior was not the life for him. There was something in him that was slowly starting to light up. That something was what made him found Apple Company, the most valuable company in the world.

"Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do"

Steve Jobs will forever be my inspiration. Although his approach was questioned by many, he made it clear that what he envisioned for the world was way better than what is in the present. Even though it seemed impossible at the time, he persisted and remained laser-focused at his goals and did everything in his capability to pursue his dreams for mankind. That characteristic is what really stuck with me.

Let us all remember Steve Jobs as a part of the so-called 'Crazy Ones' who changed the world for the better.

Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.
